  • Shipping & Delivery
  • KidNme LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands via USPS priority mail. Additionally, we ship to many countries over seas.
    The responsability and risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you once the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier by us and your tracking number is sent to the email address you provided us at the time of your order.
    However, if there is a problem with your order not arriving, contact us immediately so we can do our best to help.
    Time is of the essance if you suspect a problem and we want all of our customers to be happy!
    We will do our best to make sure your package arrives as quickly and as safely as we can control.



  • International
  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.   • Return Policy
  • Because of the way we do business, we do not have many issues with returns however, when it does happen, you need to know what to expect from us. Please read thoroughly.

    KidNme LLC reserves the right to change its payment or return procedures at any time. Please be sure of what you need before ordering.     We accept returns on MFG DEFECTIVE PARTS ONLY!
    If you ordered the wrong part, we will accept a return but you accept responsability for shipping both ways.
    It MUST ALSO BE sent back to us in sellable condition, including any associated OEM packaging.
    Once we receive the part(s) in question, the options could be as follows, depending on the nature of the return:?

    We could replace the part with another one with FREE SHIPPING if applicable, back to you or,
    Replace it with another one and SHIPPING costs are on you or we could Issue a STORE CREDIT for your purchase (minus shipping charges). 
    We may, ISSUE a refund, (plus or minus shipping charges) in other instances.
    Method of compensation will be determined when you call for an RMA#, based on the nature of the return & the condition of the part(s) when they arrive back to us.

    You MUST CONTACT
    us for an RMA# BEFORE a RETURN can be made! If you send us a part back without obtaining an RMA first, you are agreeing to forfeit that part(s) and all refund options!

    We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ELECTRICAL PARTS, NO REASONS, NO EXCEPTIONS, SORRY!


    Refunds will be processed via the same way you paid ie: Credit card, Paypal or Check.

    You may call us at 717-825-0669 during regular business hours (9-5 est) or contact our tech support via email @ tom@kidnmeparts.com, to get "suggestions" on which parts may work best for you. We do our best to provide you with the correct part for your situation according to information YOU provide or fail to provide and is a "free service" we offer. Since it is free, you should treat any information you receive as such.
    We do understand what it is like to be on the other end of the phone however, you MUST take responsibility for ordering parts that fit for your own needs.

    We describe part usages and measurements and known working models when we can but due to the ever changing world of Scooter and buggy models, all descriptions should be taken as "Generic Info" Only! "Measure twice, order once"!
    Some parts work better than others in various machines. We can not know all makes and models.

    We hate to have to put this out there but,
    If you mess something up during installation, modification or improper use or ordered the wrong part and installed or used it anyway,
    PLEASE don't call us for a refund!
    If you send back a part that you knowingly abused or mishandled, we will either not issue a refund at all or it could be greatly reduced.
    You also won't get the part back unless you pay the return shipping.
    Since we ride and use most of the products we sell, we'll know! Mistakes happen and if it's on our end, we'll make it right. If it's on your end, you should do the right thing too.
    If you're fair with us, we'll be fair with you.
